• Your email address, when you sign up through one of our forms.
• Basic technical info our email provider logs automatically — things like your IP address, browser type, and whether you open or click our emails — used to deliver and improve our messages.
• We do not ask for or store any payment information on this site.

How we use it

• To send you updates about Portals & Plunder — captain reveals, development news, playtest invites, and Kickstarter launch details.
• To see how our emails are performing so we can make them better.
• We only email you about Portals & Plunder. No spam, no unrelated junk.

Who we share it with

• Our newsletter runs on Beehiiv, our email service provider, which stores and processes subscriber data on our behalf. You can review Beehiiv’s own privacy practices on their website.
• We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

Cookies & tracking

Our signup forms use a small script from Beehiiv to remember where a signup came from, and we may use basic analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can control or clear cookies anytime through your browser settings.

Your choices & rights

• Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email — you’re off the list right away.
• You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing hello@portalsandplunder.com.

Children’s privacy

Portals & Plunder is intended for ages 12 and up. This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, email us and we’ll remove it.
